Selected date in indicator-datetime applet has no background color(Ambiance) in gnome-flashback session (Trusty)

Bug Description
When using ambiance in gnome-flashback session, if I select a date in indicator-datetime, it doesn't show any background color.
However, In Unity, it does show a orange background for a selected date. I have attached a screenshot.
