[Desktop]Terminal app does not fit its window size

Bug Description

Enviroment: Desktop running unity8 on 16.10
            HW: intel graphics+intel processor
            Terminal app--> com.ubuntu.terminal 0.7.170

Steps to reproduce:

1º Open terminal app
2º Check if app's size does not fit the window like the screenshot attached

Current result: Window does not fit the app size. There is a white space at the bottom and right side of terminal app window
Expected result: Terminal app should fit its screen size

Reproducibility 100%

Try the latest with:
snap install --edge --devmode ubuntu-terminal-app

fboucault, this was reported for unity8-desktop session (not sure if unity8-session snap had the same behaviour), anyway looks like it is fixed because resizing works great now in kvm =)
