Bug Description
Add keyboard shortcuts for the following:
1) Open a new tab and switch to it
2) Open the tab-management page
3) Switch to tab by location #
4) Switch to next/previous tab

Found out there were already keyboard shortcuts:
ctrl+shift+t to open a new tab
ctrl+pgup/pgdn to switch between tabs
