Bug Description

How to reproduce:

1) rm .config/com.ubuntu.terminal/com.ubuntu.terminal.conf
2) Start the terminal app

What happens:

The app starts with the "Green On Black" color scheme.

What should happen:

The app should use the "Ubuntu" color scheme.
