Bug Description
There are some reason, that I want to add a new user to ubuntu touch. This new user should have a password. But passwd only returns:
passwd: Authentication token manipulation error
I tried all solutions from the web ( / is read-writable, no problems with /etc/shadow-file, ...)
Device: nexus 4 mako
System: Affects all systems since at least ubuntu 14.04.
