Bug Description

As visible here [1] the dim, italic, concealed and crossed-out text styles are not supported. All of those work in the gnome-terminal.

The blink_fast style is also not supported but I haven't seen anything that supports it yet.

I'm unable to run this test on device because python needs guacamole. Do you have a simple test case I can run on an unmodified device?
