Bug Description

HOW TO REPRODUCE:
1) Launch terminal-app
2) Type and run "click list --user=phablet --manifest" command[1]
3) Open a new tab (which we friendly call "TAB #2")
4) Type and run "clear" command
5) Try to scroll back the output of the command in TAB #2
6) Go back to TAB #1 (where we have run "click list")
7) Try to scroll back the output of the command in TAB #1

EXPECTED RESULT:
Scrolling of the content in TAB #1 is as smooth as it is in TAB #2 (or have similar performance)

WHAT HAPPENS INSTEAD:
Scrolling in TAB #1 is very slow.
