Bug Description

There is no output on the terminal shell. Nonetheless, as I type the command "sudo shutdown -r now", then I can type (blind) the password, and the Nexus reboots as expected.

Hey! It appears that this bug was filed before reboot. I'm going to mark this as incomplete unless anyone can confirm this (I don't have a Nexus 7 to test on, nor do I have an emulator right now). If it can not be confirmed this bug should be set as invalid
