Bug Description
This happens to me a lot: when I change from landscape to portrait orientation (or vice versa) with the keyboard hidden, it appears in the wrong orientation afterwards.
If you can't reproduce it at first, try the following:
1. Open both Browser and Terminal.
2. With the keyboard hidden, change from Terminal to Browser.
3. Change orientation there.
4. Switch back to Terminal and open keyboard.
Sometimes the toolbar doesn't work anymore after this.
