Bug Description
It would be great to get a report once a month or to see at a glance the teams that submit a team report each month for their LoCos.
The idea being, you can see the teams who are not submitting them and see if they need help before things deteriorate. You can also see which teams submit them every month and are holding events.
This would be great when it's time for approval and re approval of teams.

Just to add some more information to this:
Example:
I run the March report it lists how many locos submitted a report and how many who are listed on the LD who didn't then.
I can then click on a team, i.e Ubuntu Ireland Team this runs the report on an individual team - It displays how many were reports they've submitted in a period say and shows how many they've submitted - 10 reports in the last 11 months that would be even better
the report should display:
Reports Submitted from LoCo's showing Approved and un approved Teams
Showing Teams who've not submitted report
