Bug Description

A few varieties, doubtful that we can really do anything about these except maybe bake the lifeboat scripts into our qa-jenkins-jobs?

* error: RPC failed; result=22, HTTP code = 500

* fatal: unable to access 'https://git.launchpad.net/~canonical-hw-cert/lifeboat/': The requested URL returned error: 500

Richard suggesting a retry, will pursue that strategy to begin.
