Bug Description
The help text for configuration settings should be more clear. Specifically:
- Twilio. Internal documentation to use Canonical account.
- Incoming vs outgoing numbers. It wasn't clear to me which number was the device's one and which the other one.

The documentation about getting the account is in the README, so I'll mention that in the help strings. Calling the number incoming and outgoing is misleading because that depends on the test - sometimes the telephony service is making the call/message, sometimes it's receiving it. I think 'device phone number' and 'telephony service number' should be self-explanatory, coupled with the fact that the telephony service number directly tells you how to get it, I really don't think there should be any confusion.
