Bug Description

Right now, http://ubuntu.com redirects to http://www.ubuntu.com/index_dell (connecting from France).

On IRC rhuddie diagnosed on confirmed that this is country specific re-direction.

So we need to use a different url to avoid the issue.

What URLs should we use? We have a couple of requirements:
  - Up and available all the time
  - Doesn't change on us (i.e. what happened here)

And some nice to haves:
  - Quick to load
  - We have control of it

With that being said, perhaps we should put up a couple of simple pages on people.canonical.com? We would need 3 simple pages (i.e. the complete visible content would be: "Page: x" or similar).

I've run into a couple of other manifestations of this - indeed it would be a good idea to have pages we have some control over rather than ones that can redirect and confuse the test

Right now it's redirecting to http://www.ubuntu.com/index_roadshow, which isn't even language specific
