SettingsWizardTestCase.test_complete_settings_wizard fails sometimes when the AP is not visible

I'm seeing intermittent failures on ubuntu_sanity_tests.tests.test_with_webbrowser.WebbrowserSanityTest.test_014_webbrowser during wifi AP selection.

It may be caused by the wifi AP being called 'wila', being last in the list and right now (test just failed) this is masked by the '< back ... skip >' at the bottom
