Bug Description
Steps to reproduce on the BQ phone with latest update (r21):
1- Go into System Settings menu.
2- Open Accounts
3- Click on Add Accounts
4- Scroll up and down with finger
Every time finger touches screen a spinning circle appears for a fraction of a second as if it was trying to update something. Not sure this is the intended behaviour.
