Bug Description

Strings marked for translation using the function i18n.dtr aren't included in the .pot file and thus remain untranslated, like this one:

OAuth.qml: text: i18n.dtr("ubuntu-system-settings-online-accounts", "Loading…")

That doesn't seem an issue with "dtr", just an outdated template, I'm proposed a merge to fix the issue
