All autopilot tests failing on Ubuntu Touch - skip not working

All tests are failing on Ubuntu Touch when using trunk - even though after the latest commit all should be skipped on touch. The following traceback is seen for every test:

Right, I added the skip code at the beginning of every test, but not of the setUp() method, which still gets executed.
