Bug Description

Over in LP: #1243612 we discussed how to switch channels. Both -c <channel> and -b 0 are needed to effectively switch channels.

A suggestion over there was to add `--switch <channel>` which would be exactly equivalent to `-c <channel> -b 0`. It would be convenience only (but also easier to document).

Loic also asks whether this would be useful to expose in the u/i. We could fairly easily add it to the s-i-dbus API, if design comes up with something for the u/i.

In lieu of a design for this in the u/i, I'm going to target this bug as adding the convenience switch to -cli. Please open a separate bug if you want to expose this convenience in the D-Bus API.
