Bug Description

The guidelines for the stacked brandmark [1] state:

> To define this area, measure the height of the roundel and
> use a quarter of this measure to create the boundary of clear space
> around the brandmark.

The illustration depicts "X" as the distance from the top of the roundel to the baseline of the text, but it should only measure the height of the roundel.
