Bug Description
Still trying to track this down. A request with Firefox to start.ubuntu.com (locale=en_GB) returns zh_CN start.ubuntu.com page.
Copying the exact same headers as a giant curl request (using Firebug->Net) and fetching with curl returns the en_GB copy.
Repeating with the Firefox browser once again returns the 'zh_CN' copy.
Ideally the returned page should match the requested language set by the browser, if available.
