Within the information provided by a ssl certificate the following non-translatable tags are found:
O => The organization that issues the ssl cert.
CN => The common name, this is usually used for the host of the cert.
L => The locality name.
OU => The organization unit that issues the ssl cert.
C => The country.
ST => The state.
While and advance user does know the meaning of such tags, the average user does not. In order to be as clear as possible to all our users we should provide a translatable string that uses words to identify each of the tags. |
