Implement the missing parts of the webclient code so that the proxy can be used. Ir order to get the credentials a creds dialog most be shown so that the user can provide them. Those credentials should be stored in the keyring. |

In order to provide proxy support for ubuntu sso client as well as ubuntu one control panel code needs to be added to ensure that the following actions are taken:
* The proxy settings of the system are used.
* If the proxy requires auth look for them creds in the keyring.
* If the creds are not in the keyring, request them to the user.
* Retry if the creds are no correct. |
