Qt UI must return ubuntu_sso.USER_SUCCESS and ubuntu_sso.USER_CANCELLATION accordingly

Bug Description

So the caller can know when the credentials were succesfully created vs when the user cancelled the process.

For reference, look at the gtk implementation.

I'm re-opening this bug since when I close the Qt SSO dialog on the first page by clicking in the button "Close window and setup later", the return code is USER_SUCCESS and it should be USER_CANCELLATION.
