Bug Description

Using latest nightlies, I'm getting:

2012-02-11 11:03:09,154:154.635906219 - ubuntu_sso.main - ERROR - 'CredentialsManagement': emitting 'CredentialsError' with args (dbus.String(u'Ubuntu One'), FailedToStartError('Process [\'ubuntu-sso-login-gtk\', \'--app_name\', \'Ubuntu One\', \'--help_text\', \'Ubuntu One requires an Ubuntu Single Sign On (SSO) account. This process will allow you to create a new account, if you do not yet have one.\', \'--ping_url\', \'https://one.ubuntu.com/oauth/sso-finished-so-get-tokens/{email}?platform_version=3.2.0-14-generic&platform=Linux&client_version=3.1&platform_arch=x86_64\', \'--tc_url\', \'https://one.ubuntu.com/terms/\', \'--window_id\', \'75497475\', \'--login_only\'] could not be started (\'GError is: code 8, message \\\'Failed to execute child process "ubuntu-sso-login-gtk" (No such file or directory)\\\'\').',)) and kwargs {}

This is caused by /usr/lib/ubuntu-sso-client/ not being in the user PATH.

We should have a constant for that dir and grab UI binaries from there. This has also the advantage that client apps will not be able to spawn programs oursite sso's bin dir.
