When there is a problem with a certificate, this dialog is shown. The user has 3 choices:
* Cancel the connection and close (quit) U1
* Connect in spite of the warning
* Back to editing proxy settings
By default, the certificate details are collapsed.
TBD what information about why there is a warning can be displayed. TBD whether we want to tick 'Remember my settings'. I think not, because if the user chooses not to connect and stays in the same domain where the warning occurs, he will not see this screen, and not connect.
Unless in this case we want to take them back to proxy settings the next time they try to connect via this domain while the warning is still there?
