Bug Description
When a form is submitted, and that submission requires a server request and waiting for the response, the UI just stands in the last screen giving no indication that the request is being processed.

It is possible to fix this on SSO, but an independent solution is needed in ubuntuone-
* On installer, we can use controlpanel's fancy overlay
* On SSO's , we can't, so we are limited to hourglass cursor and disabling the UI
Since the default UI is not going to be user accessible for a while, I will set that to lower priority and do a branch for installer first.
