The txsecrets code should be moved outside of the package and project to its own project so that it can be reused by other projects.

For the record, I have written <https:/ /launchpad. net/python- secretstorage>, which should be a good txsecrets replacement for projects that want to access Secret Service from Python. Maybe we can close this bug now?
