Bug Description
There are two CredentialsMana
As an application author, I can't imagine ever being in a situation where I could assume the user would not need to register, so I either provide two paths myself (separate login & register buttons) or only provide a link to 'register'.
But that screen is not a familiar way to log in. Most users are familiar (I assume) with web-style logins that emphasize logging in, with a small link for the once-in-a-lifetime register operation. As an application author, I would prefer to offer that experience. Especially since a user upon seeing the register+tiny+login screen might assume it is *only* for registration.
Is there a possibility that register button could be added to the 'login' screen? Or, if there is indeed some use case for that screen, a separate call that offered both options, but emphasized the login operation?

(and with the new ubuntuone-client dbus daemon that proxies calls to ubuntu-sso, if a new call was added to sso, it would need to be added in the u1-client too)
