Bug Description
You can use Many tools to monitor what's happening with your server, among these are: iotop for I/O monitoring (What's happening with your hard disk), ptop for PostgreSQL database monitoring, iftop and tcptrack can help you to understand what's happening with your network, where's the traffic and also, you've got top and htop, the later being easier to operate and more easier to configure, this will help you to know what's happening with your server's cpu, memory and processes

Hi Santiago,
Some great tips there, thanks. The current focus is to try and keep the tips short. Therefore i'll add these, but mention each tool separately in different tips.
Thanks again.
