Bug Description

Snapping up the IDE I've hit a roadblock: several utilities such as pkexec are hard-coded to /usr/bin/ - this makes it impossible to use commands packaged in the snap when they aren't available in the core snap.

See bug 1648431 for a potential alternative if this can't be solved in the QtCreator plugin proper.
