Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
* run an application with the SDK on the device. With the default options this will embed the debug helper into the package.
* now unplug the phone, reboot it.
* Try starting the previously ran app from the dash, it will fail.

This is an issue because when testing applications in real life, it often happens to me that I'm out on street, want to use/test/debug the app and it doesn't start any more because of the broken debug helper.
