The SDK needs to provide an updated version of the ubuntu-emulator-runtime

The fix to make the emulator work properly again with a mouse requires the latest version or ubuntu-emulator-runtime, otherwise mouse and touch interactions are not conveyed.

The version in Xenial is correct (20160330-0939-0ubuntu1), as is the version in the overlay

We need to make this available I assume from the SDK release PPA for all supported distros.

So developers on Xenial will get the right android packages from the archive. That is good.

For Wily users I managed to create a backport of the package from Overlay PPA and released it to the SDK PPA.

For Trusty the backported package simple failed -> https://launchpadlibrarian.net/259154329/buildlog_ubuntu-trusty-i386.android_20160330-0939-0ubuntu2~0trusty1_BUILDING.txt.gz

It would help us a lot if the upstream maintainers of the android package would provide proper backports of this package.
