QT-QML 5.4.2 with deprecated Ubuntu components | Ubuntu 15.10

When compiling QML projects in Ubuntu SDK, I get this output:

In the terminal I tried the following:

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get upgrade
$ sudo apt-get install --reinstall qml

When I reopened a QML project to see if it was fixed, I noticed this in the 'General Messages' console:
