Wizard crashes when viewing HERE terms and conditions

Test case.
1. During the wizard, switch to Spanish.
2. Fill wifi credentials.
3. In Term & Conditions, tap to read the HERE terms.
4. In this screen tap in the URL of the HERE terms.
5. Go back to main Term & Conditions.
6. Repeat steps 3 to 5.

Expected result.
- No crash.

Actual result.
- Unity crashes and reboots.

I have no idea, anyway let's assign it to system settings since it's what is crashing.

This is not happening on Image 16 on the ubuntu-rtm/14.09 server I assume that makes this a regression over all but I also assume that it will be in image 270 which is 21 but I will confirm that after.

Tested 270 now and it crashes also. This is not a regression on the released image.

We do not plan to patch on rtm

I can't reproduce on latest vivid. I went back and forth on T&C screens probably 20 times.
