Bug Description
Over the last few releases I have noticed that the launcher often freezes when it is 'pulled' onscreen.
This manifests itself by you not being able to scroll the launcher content up and down (you need to have enough apps on the launcher to make it 'overflow').
Closing the launcher and waiting for 15+ seconds or so usually cures the problem however sometimes it requires a restart.
Unfortunately there does not seem to be any pattern as to which apps are running for this to happen.

Apologies - this is on RTM.
I will continue to find a reliable way of reproducing it.

Sorry for the slow response...
To be honest I'm not 100% sure but having reproduced this one I dont think

Joe, are you still experiencing this? Did you maybe notice a way to reproduce?
