Bug Description
multi touch taps can break the launcher. Here's a way to repro:
* with one finger, slide in the launcher from the left, do not release
* with another finger, scroll the launcher up/down
=> instead of scrolling, the launcher enters dragging mode but upon release, dragging mode is not left. The launcher is messed up and the phone needs to be rebooted to recover.

Can't reproduce in vivid. Only happens in RTM.
