Bug Description

There's a regression on flo in header navigation. In ubuntu-system-settings, none of the pages have a back button in the header which breaks navigation. There seems to be other header issues, like some of the panels have text that scrolls over top of the header.

I can't reproduce this behavior on arale, with the same versions.

qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-ui-toolkit-plugin:
  Installed: 1.3.1778+15.04.20151221-0ubuntu1

Here's a log, note the multiple version import warning, I do not see the same warning on arale, which is extremely odd.

I downgraded to image 88 from the same channel and confirmed the header navigation is fine. So this is definitely a regression between image 88 and image 89

I don't see an obvious commit that would have broken this.
Unfortunately I don't have a flo device to see where it broke. Zsombi can you test?

After today's update to image 90 I can't reproduce the bug. Also no change to uitk, this makes me think perhaps it was related to the QML cache.
