Bug Description

I've noticed a regression in 1.3.1603+15.04.20150812-0ubuntu1. When the previous focused component was a TextField, tapping on an ItemSelector doesn't change focus, which leaves the OSK on the screen. This caused problems in the system-settings autopilot tests, we noticed the ItemSelector didn't get the taps but the keyboard would type extra characters in the previous TextField, because the OSK was covering the ItemSelector.

I'm sure this isn't ItemSelector specific, probably any ListItem from ListItems.

I'm not entirely sure if this would be a bug or a side effect of intended changes in focus behavior - the problem being that the UX for this is not final yet - we will have many components only taking focus via keyboard not on tab/ click only. See also bug 1486274.
