Remove hud from the image

Bug Description

Hud is not used anymore on our image, and besides taking extra space, we have the hud-service running all the time on the background.

Please also test the image without hud included by default, to make sure we're indeed not causing any other regression.

This leaves behind libhud2 and libhud-client2. Those are very widely depended on, despite hud itself being superfluous. Do we also need to rebuild everything else without the hud libraries?

With just hud and ubuntu-touch removed (but not libhud*), everything looked good. I tried to check everything with any package dependencies for libhud*, plus a quick smoketest of other parts of the system.
