While working on a test script for the SIM presence test case 1: No SIM Present - Modem Online, I noticed that the value of CallSetting's 'Muted' property is 0, whereas on mako it's 1. This difference requires that I quirk the new test script which actually verifies property values of the various interfaces. See the test plan for the steps to reproduce:

If it's possible to fix, then we should do so, as it'll remove the need for the afore-mentioned test script quirk.
