[mediahub3] media-hub never releases the display on state when closing mediaplayer-app (with an active playback)

Play video http://people.canonical.com/~rsalveti/big_buck_bunny_480p_H264_AAC_25fps_1800K.MP4 and close the mediaplayer-app by swiping from right->left and bottom->up, you'll see that the screen lock state in powerd will never be released.

Looking at the code (src/core/media/power/state_controller.cpp), the issue happens in request_release, because timeout.async_wait will return an error when you close the app before getting the 4 seconds limit, and that makes media-hub to never really release the displayonrequest.

Same happens with camera-app when recording a new video.

1 - Open camera-app;
2 - Start video recording;
3 - Swipe right->left (dash) and close the app

The display on state will never be released.
