Bug Description
Hello,
I think that app would be more useful if it could refresh feeds every x minutes (configurable) and show notification on top bar. Is should work similar to telegram - even while app is not open, it should show notification about new contents and while clicking on it -> should open app.

Sorry to tell u that no apps are allow to run in background (except some system necessary service).
And currently there's no plan to integrate Shorts into the system, it is still a "pure app" as well as other apps in store.
So I will treate this report as a "wishlist" .
