Bug Description
Currently if a user adds a feed, but wants to add it to a new Topic, he/she is unable to do so.
To reproduce:
1) Click on Add Feed"
2) Type in a keyword and select a feed, such as "Linux" (see screen1.png)
3) Select Next
4) Click inside the "+ New topic" text box
5) Note that there is no way to add a new Topic since the text box disappears (see screen2.png)
Expected result: Step #5 keeps the text box visible so the user can add the topic's name.
