We need design. I don't know where I should put this button.

Proposal:
- Swipe right on news item marks item as read.
- Swipe right on topic header marks whole topic as read

Fernando, it's very unintuitive in my opinion.

I understand, I am not a design expert so take my proposals as such ;)
I was just checking the actions on the chat groups of the Telegram app and saw that a swipe right gesture slid a small menu with icons for 2 different actions: delete and step out of chat.
This could be a more intuitive approach, something like icons for mark as read and bookmark (or read later).

But it would imply a 2 gesture solution.... well I will leave the issue to you guys to think about ;)

I do fully agree to that... I really miss it too.

Proposal:
- Swipe right on news item marks item as read.
- Swipe right on topic header marks whole topic as read

What about adding two buttons top right? One as "Mark all as read" and the other "show read articles", just like Flym News Reader on Android.
