[RSS Reader] list view header doesn't disappear

It has worked before (see bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-rssreader-app/+bug/1214916), but in my current version the header stays on the screen again.

Desired solution

Headers in the RSS reader should behave the same as elsewhere on the phone. When the user scrolls down the page, the header disappears. When scrolling back up, it re-appears. Also see http://design.ubuntu.com/apps/building-blocks/header

Sad, but our is unusual and bug in SDK doesn't able to enable this feature.
I already explained this wrong behavior a lot of times:
When user in list mode scroll it down, list view heaer become invisible.
If he will switch to grid mode in that moment header will not appear and
app will become
totally unusable (no any ability to switch tabs). He can again return to
list, scroll it down
so header appear and only after that switch to grid.
