I expect to see any new articles every time I open the app or jump to a different topic.

Automatically refreshing the articles
1. When the app is launched.
2. When the user moves to another topic, can we refresh that topic as the new view is launched?
Not refreshing the articles automatically
1. When a user is reading a grid or list of articles.
2. When a user is reading an article and moves back to the grid or list, we should not refresh the articles, so that we can take the user back to the same position on the grid.
