Missing dependency on qtdeclarative5-localstorage-plugin

While trying to add tests from https://code.launchpad.net/~carla-sella/ubuntu-rssreader-app/ubuntu-rssreader-test-add-view-feeds/+merge/173316, we discovered a missing dependency on qtdeclarative5-localstorage-plugin.

The app would start but crash during the test and output the following:
file:///usr/share/ubuntu-rssreader-app/databasemodule_v2.js:9: ReferenceError: SQL is not defined

Example failed test run:

Adding qtdeclarative5-localstorage-plugin to the test machine resolved the issue and now the tests are passing:
 - http://91.189.93.70:8080/job/generic-mediumtests/56/

I was also able to reproduce the error messages and issue on my local machine by installing ubuntu-rssreader-app from the daily ppa and removing qtdeclarative5-localstorage-plugin.
