[7digital] Artists string not translatable

Bug Description
If I do a search for music in the 7digital scope, I'm returned a list of categorized results (Artists, Albums, etc.)
While all the other categories are translated, it seems the string "Artists" is not. I might be necessary to mark it for translation or to update the .pot file.
