Bug Description
In the video scope, many searches find spanish language results. Searching for, e.g. "Hello", produces quite unexpected results.
Is the smart scopes server's IP address geolocatable to be in a Spanish-speaking country or something like that? Is the user's locale getting all the way through to online search?

Pete, I just tried this. I get five results for "Hello", none of which are Spanish.
Can you re-check this? Something in the machinery may have changed since you opened the bug, but I don't have the context to decide whether that's really the case.
