Bug Description

Hi,

With the recent changes adding juju storage, deployed units now looks like this:

| - MachineId: "1"
| Stdout: |
| Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
| /dev/sda1 31G 2.8G 29G 9% /
| /dev/sdb1 98G 61M 93G 1% /mnt
| /dev/sdc1 98G 12G 82G 12% /srv/ubuntu-repository-cache

We still have the ephemeral volume that comes with Azure VMs but that remains unused. We should move the squid cache there if it exists. A cron @reboot calling 'squid -z' to create the directory structure will be needed.

Yes, and we can use the charm option ephemeral-devices (or unitdata 'ephemeral-mounts') to ensure backwards compatibility - changes to these only affects new deployments / units.
